Sam Richardson accepts Payments by Cash or Bacs + Card payments through the practice are accepted for treatment block fees.
Treatment packages last for up to 5 years, after an absence of 2 years you will, however, be required to pay for an extended appointment to refresh your health history, plus any outstanding treatments may be subject to a top up to current prices fee. Treatments are not transferable between patients/practitioners, except in extenuating circumstances.
