We are open from 9 am – to at least 5 pm every weekday for appointment bookings plus telephone & email enquiries.
Face-to-Face appointments are available for; Structural & Classical Osteopathy, Cranial & Functional Osteopathy, Sports Therapy plus MSTR Scar Tissue Release, Energy Healing, Talking Therapy and Sanomentology.
Remote telehealth appointments are also available for Osteopathic and Sports Therapy self-help and exercise consultations plus Energy Healing, Talking Therapy and Sanomentology appointments.

OSTEOPATHY; Structural and Cranial Treatment for Adults and Teens
When you visit an Osteopath for the first time a full case history will be taken and, with your consent, you will be given an examination during which you may be asked to perform a simple series of movement tests. Your Osteopath will then use a highly developed sense of touch, called palpation, to identify any points of weakness or strain in the body. Sometimes additional investigations such as x-rays or blood tests may be required to allow a full diagnosis and suitable treatment plan to be developed for you as an individual, please see the pre-treatment information sheet below for further information including details of our cancellation policy.

Also if you appreciate a cranial treatment approach and are open to energy healing a remote osteoduce treatment may be worth consideration. MSTR: McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Technique
Where you have seen one of our Osteopaths previously our Stress Consultant, with your consent, will have access to your records, however unless you have had MSTR with us before we will need to ask you for your full scar history as well as some additional health and wellness questions or a full case history if you are completely new to us so that a bespoke blend of therapeutic options can be recommended to aid your recovery, please see the additional therapy sheet below for further information about all the therapies available.
MSTR Scar Tissue Release Information Sheet
Scars must be fully healed and at least eight weeks old, plus where surgical, signed off by your surgeon, before treatment can take place. However scars of any age if overlying surgical mesh are unsuitable to receive this technique. Where scars are related to cancer treatment then you either need to gain the approval of your medical team to receive this treatment or wait five years before undertaking MSTR treatment.
