We are a multi-disciplinary Holistic Healthcare Practice offering Osteopathy, Sports Therapy, MSTR Scar Tissue Release Technique, Osteodouce & Reiki Energy Healing, Talking Therapy, Sanomentology and Holistic Therapy plus we also host satellite clinics for Health and Wellness Businesses who we believe complement our ethos and help us at Romney Marsh Osteopaths to further serve our local community.
The practice is double fronted with ground floor access and consists of three fully furnished treatment rooms, two toilets, one of which is wheelchair accessible, and a spacious reception area plus a compact kitchen containing a sink, fridge with small freezing compartment, a microwave, cooker, kettle and a stowed toaster. Limited free forecourt parking plus on road parking is also available.
We’re looking for Healthcare Practitioners and Complementary Therapists to join our growing Holistic Health Centre and become part of our clinic family within which we foster a culture of in-house referrals and offer a supportive environment for both client and practitioner.
Holistic Therapist Required
We are looking for a motivated self-employed Holistic Therapist to work alongside our team of three Osteopaths and one Sports Therapist, on a part-time/room rental or percentage basis with the option of receiving commission for gaining 5-star reviews and achieving good patient retention rates.
Initially shift wise Thursday afternoon/evenings would be preferable, with the possibility of further days during the week as well as alternate Saturday mornings in the future.
The successful applicant will be required to build their own list with practice support along with the benefit of our principal mentoring and patient procurement schemes, enabling you to fast track this process.
We would prefer a new graduate or an experienced practitioner with level 5 training in Reflexology and Body Massage but would also consider applicants with level 5 in either discipline where the intention to advance in the other in the near future is present.
Good communication skills are key, and an interest in electronic notes and remote appointments are preferable. It is essential that Professional Indemnity Insurance, relevant Federation Membership Certification and First Aid Training are all in place before commencing this opportunity.

Treatment room to rent
We currently have a small, private treatment room available to rent within our friendly practice on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
This room is suitable for Medical Practitioners and Complementary Therapists who are fully qualified, belong to a relevant professional federation plus hold their own professional indemnity insurance and public liability certification as well as a valid first aid certificate.
This room can be set up in multiple ways to suit various different treatment approaches. The couch is electric height controlled, wider than usual and fitted with double thickness padding. The flooring is sealed to the skirting boards and consists of non-jointed commercial grade vinyl so is suitable for minor procedures. Clinics into the evening are available and a receptionist will be in attendance for the convenience and safety of yourself and your patients throughout our regular hours of business.
